Notice
Please be aware that I will be retiring from Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for different pursuits with my last day of work on 26th February 2025. Therefore, I will not be taking on any new clients and currently working in a limited capacity.
Hello, my name is Luke Preston.
I am the owner and operator of Northern Phoenix Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine.
I developed my interest in Chinese medicine through the practice of Chinese Kung Fu. The two practices are complimentary as they are not solely medicine or exercise but a way of life.
I worked with and learnt from James Flowers (President of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association) in his practice in Chinatown during the four years that I studied at the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I then completed an internship in Guang An Ma hospital in Beijing where I learnt from some of China's most respected Chinese medicine Doctors in the fields of Gynecology, Dermatology, Acupuncture, Arthritis and digestive disorders.
I have a gentle approach to acupuncture in a calm and relaxed environment
.
